I guarantee that each item you order will be carefully packaged by me to ensure a safe arrival at your door.   As much as I never intend for your package to be lost or damaged in transit, once I leave it in the shipper’s possession it is beyond my control. My first choice of carriers is USPS.  The Small Priority Flat Rate box includes tracking & $50.00 insurance.  If your order is lost or damaged, you will have the option to file a claim directly with the USPS for settlement.   

My wish is for you to be completely happy with your selection.   If you have any questions or need additional information about an item, please feel free to contact me using the Contact Patty form before purchasing.  I will be happy to email additional pictures to help you see the most accurate details of the piece.   This extra level of personalized customer service is meant to eliminate the need for returns with non-refundable shipping/insurance charges.   Therefore, all sales are final.
